I love this was a family operated and maintained location. One of the few remaining in beautiful Beaufort. Right from walking out the door you have the beautiful coastline right at your fingertips! The entire family ran staff were beyond accommodating, nice and friendly. Great location, very clean and made you feel right at home! So much in fact I turned a 2 night stay into three! Skip all the big name brand locations and do yourself a favor of finding and supporting this small family ran business! You won't regret it! Very clean and safe location with a neighboring 24/7 gas station in walking distance! Ask for Neil he will take care of you guaranteed!

It served its purpose for a last minute booking that was more than cost efficient. It is conveniently located to gas stations, restaurants and shopping for groceries and/or household needs. It was clean and well stocked. They do have a cold breakfast available if desired, i.e. cereal and fruit. It seems to be a quiet area other than traffic.

Rooms had been updated and were very clean. Shower and bathroom were nice, also bed was new and nice.Parking was easy and close to room. Room was quiet inside and I felt we were in a safe area. Also the t.v. was easy to use and had a lot of channels.

The owner was very helpful when I arrived with lots of packages and luggage. He unlocked my door for me and offered to help bring the bags back-and-forth from my car. I was not moving too quickly due to recently surgery and very much appreciated his kindness.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The location was perfect if you're attending a graduation for your new Marine. Everywhere we needed to go took about 20 minutes or less. We only stayed 2 nights so we were pleasantly surprised when we returned from Family Day and the room had been cleaned. Most places don't do that with such a short stay! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely stay again.

Property had just been renovated. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for anything highly recommend staying here if you are in the area right downtown near lots of restaurants and things to do.

We did not have breakfast. The staff was very friendly and thorough. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. Excellent location just minutes to most restaurants and key places.

This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve been in. I’ve been in a few hotels in the past year but I was able to walk on the floor barefoot and didn’t get my feet dirty. When I walked in I could smell clean and it impressed me. Thank you so much

Stayed here for Beaufort water festival. Don't let the outside put you off, it's a typical looking 2 floor motel, but inside the rooms are beautifully refurbed with a very fresh feel. Massive comfy king size bed, huge tv and fridge. Large a/c more than enough to keep the room nicely cooled. Multi light vanity outside the bathroom with soaps provided. The bathroom was very spacious and huge square shower head I could have stayed in for hours. Lots of restaurants around and a supermarket opposite. Great place!
